How current is your data?

Commercial data is refreshed monthly and is current within about six weeks. Medicare fee-for-service data runs on a five-month lag industry-wide, so anything you see elsewhere sooner than that is making estimations.

Do you report real procedure volumes or estimates?

Real counts. We don't dress projections up as actuals. When customers stack our data against their own source of truth, we come out closer than Acuity.

Will my reps actually use it?

Reps see only what you want them to see, without the clutter. That's the line we hear most from teams who've switched.

Do I have to move to a new CRM?

No. We integrate with Salesforce instead of pushing you into another system. For lightweight pipeline visibility, we have a built-in CRM tool at no extra cost.
